- On the SHOPLINE admin panel, click Channel Integration and select Facebook.
- Click Connect
– - Proceed to login but make sure that the account you are logging into is an Admin on the Facebook Page
- Click Edit Settings if you have previously linked Messenger to SHOPLINE. Continue by selecting the pages you would like to connect your store with. Click Next to Proceed.
– - Ensure that all permissions are set to YES. Click Done to complete this step.
– - Click the Connect button next to the Facebook Page you want to connect. Once the connection has been successfully confirmed, click OK to finish the setup.
