Frequently Asked Questions

What are the commission rates? What are the conditions?

We offer different commission rates to our Affiliate and Reseller Partners. Upon receiving your payment information, commissions will be paid out within 14 working days after we process the merchant’s subscription.

Does it cost anything to be a SHOPLINE Partner?

No, it is absolutely free to become a SHOPLINE Partner. We will review and approve partner applications on a case-by-case basis.

What is the difference between an Affiliate and Reseller Partner?

As an Affiliate Partner, you refer qualified leads to SHOPLINE and our Sales team will handle the sales process. You will be updated and rewarded when our Sales team closes the lead in the Partner Portal. As a Reseller Partner, you will undertake the whole sales process in closing a lead. Training materials and a free demo account will be provided to all Resellers.

Do I need to be a SHOPLINE merchant?

Being a SHOPLINE merchant is not a prerequisite as a Reseller. However, if you wish to be our Affiliate Referral Partner, you are either our existing SHOPLINE merchant or someone with a large influence in the eCommerce industry. All partner applications will be carefully reviewed by the partnerships team.

Will we have access to SHOPLINE’s local support if our merchants require help?

We have a dedicated team to support both your merchants via our intercom (10am - 7pm, Monday - Fridays excluding holidays). Should you or your merchants require more dedicated support, feel free to reach out to your Account Manager and Partnership Manager.

Can I customize my storefront on SHOPLINE?

We have more than 23 Responsive Web Design (RWD) themes available and you can customize your storefront using our no-code drag and drop feature. Advanced customisation can also be made using CSS and HTML.
